What is Masseter Botox?

What Are Masseter Botox Side Effects?
Masseter botox is usually a safe procedure. However, there may be some side effects. These can include:
- Pain, mild swelling or bruising may occur after the procedure. However, it usually disappears within a few days.
- There may be a temporary change in facial expression. This is rare and usually resolves within a few weeks.
- There may be a temporary difficulty in chewing or speaking.
- Infection may develop in the area where the injection is performed. This is very rare, but it is necessary to follow the rules of hygiene after the procedure to avoid it.
More serious side effects are rare. Prior to the Masseter botox procedure, information should be given about all possible side effects.
